I skipped last week’s Billboard Watch because, honestly, I didn’t want to feel like a broken record. But let’s be real — “KPop Demon Hunters” (and K-pop in general) isn’t going anywhere, so here we are. Weekly it is.

This week, I was perched on the edge of my seat wondering if HUNTR/X’s Golden would finally dethrone Alex Warren. So… did it happen?
Spoiler: you already know it didn’t.

Let’s break the Billboard charts all down ⬇️

📈 Billboard Hot 100:

HUNTR/X’s ‘Golden’ holds steady at No. 2 for the second week in a row. So close to the crown, yet still stuck playing royal runner-up.

But there’s fresh tea — Your Idol by heartthrobs Saja Boys just busted into the Top 10 at No. 9 for the first time.

Other KDH soundtracks in the Hot 100:

  • No. 16: ‘Soda Pop’ – Saja Boys (⬆️ From No.21)
  • No. 19:How It’s Done – HUNTR/X (➡️ No.19)
  • No. 28: ‘Free– Rumi & Jinu (EJAE & Andrew Choi) (⬆️ From No. 30)
  • No. 29: What It Sounds Like’ – HUNTR/X (⬆️ From No. 31)
  • No. 33: ‘Takedown’ – HUNTR/X (⬆️ From No.39)
  • No. 67: Takedown – Jeongyeon, Jihyo, Chaeyoung of Twice (⬆️ From No. 76)

It seems like minus How It’s Done , all songs have climbed up the charts.

Now, some K-pop rises and stumbles:

  • Rosé & Bruno Mars’ ‘APT’ is slipping, down to No. 45 from No. 35.
  • BLACKPINK’s ‘Jump’ also jumped to No. 61 from No. 53.
  • Meanwhile, ‘Strategy’ by TWICE & Megan Thee Stallion is enjoying a post-KDH glow-up, jumping from No. 92 to No. 74.

🎧 Billboard 200:

“KPop Demon Hunters” is still in beast mode — rising back to No. 2 this week. A big debut comes from TOMORROW X TOGETHER, who enter at No. 3 with The Star Chapter: Together’.🔥

Those who didn’t make it in the 100’s of Billboard 200 are:

  • No. 168: ‘Rosie’ – Rosé (New Entry 🔥)

Sadly, Jackson Wang fell off completely this week after achieving his highest debut at No. 13. Brutal. 😔
